The continuous improvement of the charging experience is a core concern of our work. We are pleased to inform you about a current project in this regard.
Currently, various solutions are being tested within our company group to better meet customer needs in the future.
During the testing and transition of systems, there are occasional disruptions in loading processes. We thank you for your patience and assure you that we are working diligently to resolve the existing issues as quickly as possible.
What will change in the future? Fortunately, hardly anything. All GOFAST stations will continue to be available in the Swisscharge network. You can activate them as usual via the Swisscharge app or Swisscharge charging card. We will continue to offer the best price at GOFAST locations.
We are aware that the reliability of our service is a very important part of your electric journey. Rest assured that we will continue to do everything for the best charging experience in Switzerland.
