Authentication via RFID card or app is available exclusively to activated tenants of the property. Charging sessions are automatically assigned to the linked account.
The credit card linked to the account is billed monthly for operating fees and charging events (calculated as price per kWh multiplied by energy used). The customer account offers a detailed overview of all charging activities, with an option to generate a report for management.
The price per kWh is customizable. For residential properties and tenant parking spaces, it is recommended to match the existing electricity tariff. Both high and low tariffs (HT/NT) can be supported. Prices are adjusted annually and must be reported to Swisscharge by the property management.
The all-round tariff
The ones for busy chargers. We take care of everything related to tenants and charging stations. Our experienced support team is available - if something doesn't work, someone is immediately available. If needed and with the appropriate framework agreement, we also coordinate the expansion of the charging infrastructure if the demand increases accordingly.
We take care of onboarding your tenants. Additionally, our experienced support team is available to solve any issues promptly. If demand increases and previously agreed, we can coordinate the ongoing expansion of your charging infrastructure.
Authentication via RFID card or app only for tenants who have been activated on the respective property. The allocation of charging sessions is done through the stored account.
The credit card stored in the account is charged monthly with operating fees and charging events (price per kWh times charged energy). The customer account provides an overview of the charging events. Additionally, a report can be provided to the management.
The price for 1 kWh is freely selectable. For residential properties and tenant parking spaces, it is advisable to directly adopt the respective electricity tariff. A high and low tariff (HT/NT) can also be depicted. Prices are adjusted once a year and must be reported to Swisscharge by the management.
Our support assists end customers as well as management with all issues related to the charging infrastructure. In the property but also on the go. If a problem cannot be solved remotely, we take care of a timely replacement of the charging station or a technician deployment. Additionally, our support is backed by constant monitoring of the system, allowing us to identify and resolve issues early on.
We take care of tenant management, including onboarding through our (partially) digitized interface. If a tenant wants to activate a parking space, they can do so conveniently and practically via the website.
Minimal effort in an all-inclusive package
In addition to the services from the private model, premium includes proactive monitoring to resolve issues even faster. Additionally, billing of the EW meter is optionally possible.
In addition to general monitoring (which we group under support), we have proactive monitoring as a premium feature. Here, errors and issues with stations in the premium subscription model are actively sought out.
