Swisscharge becomes JOYA

As of 1 October, Swisscharge, GOFAST, MOVE Mobility and the mobility division of Energie 360° are joining forces to form JOYA Mobility AG. The result is the largest charging network in Switzerland, with a comprehensive offering for businesses and private customers and its own app.

The merger into JOYA creates a nationwide company with a comprehensive e-mobility offering for private individuals, real estate investors, businesses and vehicle fleets. The new JOYA charging network comprises more than 2,200 company-owned charging points across Switzerland. JOYA also operates a further 5,300+ charging points together with partner companies. This makes charging easier for EV drivers: all e-mobility solutions from a single source, transparent prices in the largest charging network and, soon, a new app.

New app with price advantage and subscriptions

For e-drivers, the big change is the JOYA charging app. It lets customers easily find charging points, view charging prices transparently, manage subscriptions, and conveniently start and pay for charging sessions. In addition to subscriptions tailored to charging behaviour, the app also offers a price advantage with no fixed costs. As before, a transparent price per kilowatt-hour always applies. The JOYA app will be available soon.

E-mobility from a single source for all of Switzerland

With the joint market presence, customers get an offering that combines the existing strengths of Energie 360°, GOFAST, Swisscharge and MOVE. "With Joya, we are consistently focusing on the people and businesses of Switzerland," says Baschera, CEO of JOYA. "We take the complexity out of e-mobility, from charging at home to the intelligent management of entire vehicle fleets." The first charging locations are already appearing under the new brand identity. Over the coming months, existing offerings and locations will gradually be brought together under the Joya brand.
